During the months of October and November we will need some temporary arrangements for secretarial services. That is because Hon Sec is going to be out of the country and unlikely to be able to review mails or calls. If you wish to correspond by email with the league please send it to all the executive committee members – their addresses are on the web site contacts page. They will pick up the issue between them and respond accordingly.  If you already know the subject matter and who would normally pick it up (Ruth – fixtures, John- Treasury, Tony – Tournaments) make that contact directly. If you are unsure who is the best person to speak to as a first step please call David Sumner. If you wish to post a document or letter to the league then David should also be the recipient – address on the web site and in the handbook.


The exec will also monitor the web site for any web messages left in that way. If you need to ask advice about the web site itself then email the web master.


As a reminder, Badminton England have introduced their new fee structure now. 30th September is the deadline for processing your registrations and paying the necessary fees to them (inclusive of county fees). We cannot register the whole league until you have individually dome this. Insurance is dependent on having paid. Ruth will be focal point for the league in Badminton England terms until Hon Sec returns.
